AEROSMITH Guitarist Helps Launch 'Guitar Hero III' In NYC; Video Available

Legions of screaming fans turned out to see legendary guitarist Joe Perry of AEROSMITH at GameStop's flagship New York City store on Sunday, October 28, 2007. The rocking release party and face-off tournament featured Activision's Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock at GameStop, the world's largest video game and entertainment software retailer.

Throngs of aspiring rock legends came out to show their skills in a live Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock face-off tournament. Perry, who has sold more than 100 million albums worldwide and been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame with AEROSMITH, rocked out with the fans as a judge in the tournament and signed scores of games and guitar controllers.
